- How do I match my view to my new height? - posted in Skyrim Questions and Help: Hey people, I just increased my height by selecting myself in Console then typing in setscale 1.1, and this increased my height a good foot, which is all I wanted. The problem is that I generally play the game from the First Person point of view, which didnt actually change with my height increase.
- I have a mod that adds playable children in Skyrim. However, the playable child races are different from the races that NPC children use; they have different IDs, models and textures and so on. When I type help race 0 or help 'race' 4, the custom races don't come up, so I don't know the IDs of them. I want to change some of the children to the custom child race so that they look better, but I don't know how to get the IDs of those custom races.

Skyrim Set Race Console Command
Without console modification, however, the default scale of all races in the console is 1.00, regardless of physical height. Therefore, all races do the same melee damage at the time of character creation. For further explanation, see the screenshot displaying the actual player scale (1.00) used in calculations and the base scale. If you change your character's race, your stats will change as well. This is because each race in Skyrim has different strengths and weaknesses—these are reflected in the different starting levels in different skills. Therefore changing your race should, in theory, change your skill levels because your old racial modifiers will be removed.
